That’s why we’ve launched Pioneers – our exclusive online research community, aiming to help us achieve our mission of improving connectivity for people and the planet.

At giffgaff, we believe we’re better when we work together and that's why we launched Pioneers, our exclusive online research community, as we need your help to achieve our mission of improving connectivity for people and the planet.

When you become a Pioneer, you will be able to share your thoughts and ideas on all things giffgaff and beyond. We will then take on your feedback and ideas when it comes to how things work at giffgaff. Basically, being a Pioneer means that you are a part of an exclusive group that gets to influence the future of giffgaff!

We’ll send you surveys, polls and discussion (as well as other activities) on topics we’d like your ideas and feedback on. Just so you know, all activities are optional, and we’ll do our best to invite you to take part in things which we think are relevant to you.

Rewards

As a Pioneer, you’ll have the opportunity to give us feedback and share your ideas on what we do, to help us improve connectivity for the people and the planet. As a thank you, each month, for each activity you do, you’ll earn an entry into our monthly prize draw to win one of 5 x £50 e-vouchers. The more entries you’ve earned, the higher your chances of winning.

After redeeming, your request will need to be processed before you receive your reward. This usually takes between 5-10 working days but please note that during busy periods, this may take slightly longer. After we’ve processed your request, you will then receive another email from us containing your voucher code - so keep an eye on your inbox!

Activities

New activities and surveys will appear on your homepage, but you’ll also receive email invites. Just click on the activity on your homepage or your invite link to begin. All activities are optional, but the more you take part in, the more points you’ll earn.

Don’t worry, all activities are optional. But just so you know, the more you get involved the more points you can collect and the higher your ‘member status’ will get.

Surveys usually take around 5-10 minutes to fill in. We’ll let you know the length of each survey on the invitation, along with the close date.

There are two reasons for this. First of all, as soon as places for a survey has been filled it will be closed. If you want to get involved in an activity, try to respond to the invite as soon as you can. Secondly, based on the answers you’ve given us in previous surveys, certain surveys might not be relevant to you.

The overall results that you and other members share with us will help us achieve our mission of improving connectivity for people and the planet. Your personal details will never be passed to anyone outside of giffgaff for marketing purposes.
